Asquiths of London Returns Policy

In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your product, we are happy to offer you an exchange, refund or replacement. We offer a free returns service via Royal Mail. Please ensure that you request this service within 7 days of delivery of your product. Your statutory rights are not affected.

How to return an item

  1. Email us at info@asquithsoflondon.co.uk within 7 days of receipt of your order to inform us that you wish to return your product. We will ask you to tell us the barcode/ tracking number on the label which you will have received along with your invoice.
  2. Please stick the bar code/ tracking number label on the top left hand side of the parcel. The other duplicate barcode label is retained by the Post Office for tracking purposes.
  3. To ensure you are not charged for your return, please make sure you complete the Returns form  and attach the Royal Mail Special Delivery label (barcode) with our Return address label to the front of the parcel.
  4. Please return using any UK Post Office using the original packaging and using the Royal Mail Special Delivery service.
  5. Please ensure your item is returned to us within 7 days.
  6. All items must be returned in their original packaging with any security tags attached and intact. The items must be in their original condition and not worn.
  7. Returns from any one order must be returned in one shipment. If you have any subsequent returns from the same order then you may incur additional shipping charges.

Refunds

All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchasers credit card (including any sales taxes for all EU country shipments but excluding shipping charges. Refunds will be made within 30 days of the date of cancellation notice. International customs duties and sales taxes are not refundable for shipments made outside the EU. In the event of any failure to return goods to us within the stipulated time frame, even though validly cancelled, we shall have the right to charge for any costs related to the recovery of the goods.

Faulty Items

Faulty items will only be accepted if the items delivered to the customer are damaged or there is a manufacturing fault within 6 months of delivery. Any items returned as faulty will be inspected and items deemed to exhibit signs of fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. Where an item is deemed faulty and repairable we repair the item, however repairs do come with guarantees. To return a faulty item please follow the ‘How to Return an Item’ steps above.

International Customers

Please contact us on 0207 978 7722 or email us at info@asquithsoflondon.co.uk to arrange the return of your item. We recommend that you use Fed Ex to return your items to us as we can not be responsible for any items that do not reach us. Please send your parcel to Asquiths of London, 88 Northcote Road, Battersea, London, SW11 6QN UK. You are responsible for any carriage costs of returning your items to us.

Asquiths of London can not accept returns for any items that have been worn and/ or have the tags removed. If on receipt of your order it is apparent that there are no tags on your item, please contact us by phone or email on the same day that you receive the order if you wish to return it.

Please ensure you return your items via Royal Mail Special Delivery service within the UK as we can not accept responsibility for goods returned using any other carrier.
